1st interview, 2nd interview... next: job?

Omygoodness, I am so very excited. You have no idea. So, about a week ago I decided to check the email I give out when I fill out job applications, etc. Thank God I decided to do that because if I didn't, I wouldn't have found out that I had a job "interview" set up for two days after I read that. It was more like a meeting with the person who would be the boss, etc. She wanted to meet the people who had applied so that she could recommend to a certified "interviewer" as to whom to interview. And, well... I was just sooo happy that I got that email. I was so ready for that job interview. I got all pretty. I did my make up and everything, you don't even know. I was ready. I got there early and asked very good questions and I really do think I have a good shot at getting this job. Let's just pray that I do get it because I really do want it. It's with the US Postal Service and I really do want it because that's a job with the US government. I mean, I'd be doing relief work but I really do believe that once we get out of this recession they'll be looking to hire FT permanent workers and well... I'd like to make that job a permanent job. I mean, if I work for the US government, it'd be good money and I get to retire sooner. So, that's always good. I was actually thinking that I'm not even gonna do that certificate program if I get the job and I'm just going to keep going with my associates. I dunno, let's see what happens.

The good thing is that today I received a phone call from a woman calling from the USPS asking me if I could come in for an interview tomorrow at 1PM. I was like, "OMYGOSH, OMYGOSH, OMYGOSH!" So, of course I said yes. I am so very happy that I get this opportunity and I hope and pray to God that I get this job. I will let you guys know what happens tomorrow.

That is all for now. Take care of yourselves.

Be blessed.
